1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or any university portal, you agree to these terms and all applicable regulations of Nova Horizon University. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Use of portals
Portals are provided for students, parents, applicants, alumni and staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Shared credentials are prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
All content, branding, course materials and software on university platforms are the property of Nova Horizon University unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse platforms, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, infringe others' rights, or use the system for unlawful activity. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
5. Academic integrity
Online examinations, assignments and submissions are governed by the university's academic integrity policy. Misconduct — including plagiarism, impersonation or use of unauthorized assistance — will be handled per policy.
6. Limitation of liability
While we strive for high availability, the university is not liable for service interruptions, data loss caused by user negligence, or indirect damages arising from use of the platforms.
7. Amendments
The university may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
