Refund Policy

Nova Horizon University follows the fee refund norms prescribed by UGC for withdrawal of admission. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.

How to request a refund
Submit a withdrawal request through the student portal (Fees → Request Refund) along with your bank details. The finance office reviews the request within 5 working days, and approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Refunds for hostel and transport are calculated pro-rata for the unused period. Late fee, examination fee and application fee are non-refundable.
Disputes may be escalated to the Registrar's office within 30 days of the refund decision.
