We collect information you provide when applying (name, contact details, academic records, documents), information generated during your association with the university (attendance, results, fee records), and technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) when you use our portals.

Your information is used to process applications, deliver academic and administrative services, communicate important notices, generate certificates and comply with statutory reporting obligations.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with (a) government/regulatory authorities as required by law, (b) payment processors for fee transactions, and (c) service providers bound by confidentiality.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access control and audit logging. Access to personal records is restricted to authorized staff.
5. Retention
Academic records are retained in accordance with university and statutory norms. You may request erasure of non-statutory personal data by writing to privacy@novahorizon.edu.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Students and parents may update contact details through their portals.

Our websites use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising trackers are deployed on university domains.
